You can pay for lessons either via Vipps or through an invoice.

You can book lessons by using the contact form on the website or by sending an email.

The validity period for a 5-hour package is 7 weeks from the date of the first lesson, while a 10-hour package is valid for 14 weeks from the date of the first lesson.

You can reschedule or cancel a lesson without any consequences if you do so by 12:00 PM on the same day the lesson is scheduled. If the lesson is scheduled before 12:00 PM, the cancellation or rescheduling must be done no later than the day before. Please note that you can reschedule or cancel a maximum of two lessons without consequences per package.

If you fail to cancel within the deadline or exceed the limit of two cancellations, the lesson will be considered completed and deducted from your package.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, I will show understanding, and we can agree on a new suitable time for the lesson.

Yes, you can reschedule up to four lessons during the semester, depending on available times in the schedule. Rescheduling must be done no later than 12:00 PM the day of the scheduled lesson.

Cancellation of lessons is not possible in a semester subscription. Unused lessons are unfortunately lost and will not be refunded.

The times for the lessons are agreed upon at the start of the semester and apply for the entire semester. This provides a fixed and predictable schedule.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, I will show understanding, and we can agree on a new suitable time for the lesson.

Weekend lessons are only offered in urgent cases and cost 150% of the standard price, which amounts to 450 NOK per 60 minutes.

All changes must be reported via SMS or email. This ensures that we can keep track of the changes.
